Share your wisdom and support others through lived experience. Guide souls on their journey to healing and growth.
Peer mentorship is about connecting with others who share similar experiences, challenges, or life journeys. As a peer mentor, you offer guidance, support, and wisdom gained through your own personal experiences.
Your personal journey through challenges like anxiety, depression, cultural adaptation, or life transitions becomes a source of strength for others.
Provide empathy, understanding, and hope to individuals who are facing similar struggles you've overcome or are managing.
Share practical strategies, coping mechanisms, and resources that have helped you navigate your own journey.
We welcome mentors from diverse backgrounds and experiences. Find the type of mentorship that resonates with your journey.

We ask for a minimum commitment of 2-4 hours per week for at least 6 months. This includes direct mentoring time, participation in training sessions, and mentor community meetings. The exact time can be flexible based on your availability.
No professional qualifications are required. We value lived experience, empathy, and the desire to help others. Our comprehensive training program will provide you with the skills and knowledge needed to be an effective peer mentor.
Healing is a lifelong journey, and we don't expect mentors to have "completed" their healing. What's important is that you're in a stable place and have developed coping strategies. Many mentors find that helping others actually supports their own continued growth.
We use a careful matching process that considers factors like shared experiences, cultural background, languages spoken, age, and availability. Our team works to ensure compatible matches that will benefit both mentor and mentee.
You'll receive comprehensive initial training, ongoing supervision with our team, monthly mentor support groups, access to resources and continuing education, and a 24/7 support hotline for any urgent situations or concerns.
Most peer mentoring is conducted online through our secure platform, which includes video chat, messaging, and group forums. This allows for flexible scheduling and broader reach. Some in-person meetings or group events may be organized in certain locations.
Not every match will be perfect, and that's completely normal. We have processes in place for re-matching when needed. Our team provides support to help navigate any challenges, and we always prioritize the wellbeing of both mentors and mentees.
